This is good news because it sets a legal precedent that Clinton lied. In addition to Trump's lawsuit and Durham's investigation, this is yet more evidence that will be used against her and the DNC. Remember, Trump's lawsuit is using RICO which ties in with this FEC fine. Just another piece to the puzzle.
